In 1951, Moore's Chapel held its first annual
Christmas Candlelight
Service. Over the past 58 years, the Candlelight Service has become a
tradition in the community. Since 1964, the choir has worked with
the Worship Committee in presenting the Candlelight Service combining music,
drama, scenes in tableau and congregational candle lighting. A Christmas
Candlelight Cantata will be performed again this year on Sunday, December
20th, 2009 at
7 PM.
