Moore's Chapel Candlelight Service
In 1951, Moore's Chapel held its first annual
Christmas Candlelight
Service. Over the past 60 years, the Candlelight Service has become a
tradition in the community. Since 1964, the choir has worked with
the Worship Committee in presenting the Candlelight Service combining music,
drama, scenes in tableau and congregational candle lighting. A Christmas Candlelight Cantata will be performed again this year on Sunday, December 18th, 2011 at
7 PM.
You
are invited to spend a spirit filled evening with us in 2011, as we, once again,
will celebrate the birth
of Christ with scripture, story, candle lighting, and song.
