Do you like kids? Do you want to like kids? Do you feel called to teach? Interested in how our Vacation Bible School and Sunday School programs are being organized? Join the Children’s Ministry and help us strengthen our Christian Educational programs. Now that we have built our new classrooms and gym, we now have even more responsibility for future children’s ministry because God expects more and better ministry from those who have the means and facilities.
Moore’s Chapel has been doing well in children’s ministry. We celebrate children’s Sunday every year when they have the opportunity to share what they learned in Sunday school with parents and church family. The VBS and Quest program held during summer provides another opportunity for our children to know God in a way that is fun and exciting.
Always looking for ways to improve our children’s ministry, we had a teacher training program and participated in a Children’s Ministry Conference at Chicago. We dream and pray that Moore’s Chapel will be a haven for children from our community, and beyond, as well as a model for other United Methodist Churches.
