For mp3 files recorded during "live" worship services, you must have a CCLI, BMI, ASCAP, or another license for digital musical performances, and comply with their restrictions and terms of usage. If you do not, please explore the possibility of obtaining such licenses for your organization. The composers, writers, and performers depend greatly upon income derived from their works. Linking to videos is particularly harmful to us due to the large file sizes and the bandwidth used. We ask that you do not link to videos under any circumstances. If you do, we will be forced to find you and/or change file names. You are welcome to use all other material on non-commercial sites and in your churches. We only ask that all copyright credit be given and if possible, a link to our site be included. We would greatly appreciate links to our site and the sites of the artists that have graciously provided us with material. We are really a rather small "country church" that has been placed in the unexpected position of becoming a rather "large" internet resource. "Page reads" for October of 2005 exceeded 80,000 and "requests" topped 350,000. We had not planned on this, but I guess it was God's plan.....
