You would think that after 24
years,
they would figure it out...
But the Pig and the Cow
showed up anyway.
The following statement was issued by the National Collation
of Pigs and Cows,
"We are shocked and dismayed at the events that took place at Moore's Chapel.
Our membership were literally slaughtered to satisfy the ravenous appetites
of hundreds of humans."
On Saturday, March 8th, 2008, from
3:30 to 7 PM the 24th Annual
Beef and Pig Roast Dinner
will be held at Moore's Chapel United Methodist Church.
Over 400 folks will enjoy a fantastic dinner and a great fellowship.
Great Food, Good Fellowship, and Lots of
Fun !
What better judges of good food than a bunch of Methodist ministers !!
And you get ALL the trimmings!
The proceeds of the Beef & Pig
Roast are used to support
the
missions ministries of the Moore's Chapel United Methodist
Women.
Although we do not normally commercialize this
site,
we would like to thank Hess Barbecue
Catering, Inc. of Willow Street, Pa.
for supplying us with great food,
support, and assistance
for the past twenty-four years.
